Helpful Hints

If you already have decided upon certain search criteria, then add them to the search screen.
There are numerous search options available: Price, number of bedrooms, subdivision, school
district, new or existing homes etc, etc...
Pick 3 or 4 search options and see how many results you get.
If there are more than 40, try adding more search options

subdivision name - searching by either of these should bring up the house

have 1 to 2 bathrooms
Pets yes/no does not apply to home buyers only rentals
Do not use the number of units search - it is not very helpful
If you know for certain there is a house for sale at a particular address/subdivision and it is not
listed, then it likely has sold. You can contact us to verify (or your agent if you already have one).
The homes listed in this version of the MLS are active listings only. Closed and under contract
homes will not show up.
If a sign went up in the yard today - it may take a day or two for it to show up on the MLS.
